Just a little update...

I found out today—or is it now technically “yesterday”?—that I got the apartment that I wanted! (The one that I wrote about in this post.) I move in on December 15 with Ryan.

I can now check one thing off my list of “Things To Worry About: December ‘09 Ed.”

Finally completed this instrumental thing. It’s noise for the alone. Rhythm for the mind. Music for the senses. Fit with piano, guitar, bass, organ, a bit of drums, strings and vibraphone. Mostly improvised. Intense, warm, nostalgic, distorted. Best listened to when by yourself, maybe sinking a few coldies on a cool earthly evening, with the rain or stars as your company.

Moving Once Again

Yup! Fullerton has been lovely, but it’s time to move to Long Beach so that I can be closer to my new school and to Ryan.

We looked at a place today that is probably going to be “the one”. We should know for sure by Wednesday, so we’ll see what happens.

I’m excited to be living with Ryan soon. I’ll get to hang out with my best friend all the time! :D

Vintage GaGa.

Some people are saying she should have stayed in this style of music. But she’s bought a new edge to pop music. Something that is fresh. What I think is brilliant is she reinvents herself every single day, every single performance. You never know what you’re going to see, what you’re going to leave with. Talent that sees her reinvent her own pop songs into original, classical pieces of music, seen here. I play piano, so that’s why I like her. I can’t understand why people say she’s without talent, can’t sing, unoriginal, or she’s “boring”. GaGa on piano IS amazing.
